The IE HTTP Analyzer is a good tool for tracking down any problems related to HTTP communication including headers, cookies and so on.
It provides a lot information about the HTTP(S) communication going on, being a valuable tool for web developers.
The problem is that a lot of equivalent tools are available for free for Firefox, so you only need this tool when you want to trackdown problems related to Internet Explorer and not HTTP communication in general.
